Something of an overtly gothic and anatomically incorrect design, but...I just like the attitude Simone is trying to express. XD
Her full name is Simone Belmonte. Her favorite colors are black, pink, and gray.
Personality-wise, she's the token weirdo, and she likes it. She oh-so-nonchalantly likes to mention in serious conversations that she eats baby seals, she hates "silly manfolk" (except for Gandalf, of whom she has a HUGE crush on) and torments them, and when she grows up?... "I'd like to be Bill Cosby. With a side of holier-than-thou complex and a whipped raping rumor on top."or "I wanna be a hobbit and blow shit up with my main man, Gandalf! And then, when we're done with lambasting everything we know and love with our wedding rings and partying in China, we'll settle down in New England and teach our children the methods of causing mayhem and shredding sanity..."
Lol she's cute and kind of crazy. She'll definitely be a fun addition to the mix. It's so cool that you made up a new character just to join in the Ternion crew.

"You got a piece of me, but its just a little piece of me and I dont need anyone. These days I feel like I'm fading away."
"Kind of" might be putting it a little too lightly, Alyssa. XDD
And, hey, I wanted to help ya out (and possibly get to see Simone doing hilariously stupid things in the background from time to time), so it was really no problem.
And ehhh. Unless you have a penis and a long grey beard with an extensive knowledge of LOTR to boot, baby, I'm afraid you haven't got a hope in the world. I'm sure Simone would appreciate the admiration, though, and pat your head as fondly as one would the Bush Administration. ;D
Also...I'm not sure if I should. I feel the urge to, but it'll amount to probably nothing but scrabbly sketches...that, and I don't know if I would and/or should branch her character outside Ternion - heck, the reason I created this character was to help out a friend, as you saw here...
I mean...I like the concept and the design of Simone quite a lot. Not only do I lack the good sense of humor to pull it off, she's a background character! Meant only to fill up white spaces with crazy-ass antics! I'm not supposed to get attached! D:
and moar Bush jokes?...c'mon, bb, i know you lack in the comedy department, but couldja try harder?...just for me?...please?...
there's nothing wrong with developing a character, much less getting attached to them. keep it within her canonical universe, where her development will be considered as a side story of sorts...or something. then again, you might want to question your friend about it and see if it's a good idea before you go jumping into it...
btw, i saw her picture...and i prefer your version X 1000 bajillion. :/
Well, you see, my motivation to do things in general is very...odd. One moment I'm all gung ho and ready to do it; the next, I completely forget about it and move on to the next thing. So I should really...stop making promises I'm unsure I'll keep, that's for sure. ^.^;
And I think doing a side story OMGRITENOW isn't really in my schedule - maybe somewhere down along the line, when Alyssa's webcomic is fully established...like...maybe towards the middle or the end. I dunno. But otherwise, I like Simone, and I like to draw her, so...maybe. Just; maybe.
*Shrug* Different strokes for different folks, I guess, because I'm a fan of Alyssa's style in general. She manages to give her characters a cartoony and realistic blend to them, and they're supported by a solid backbone of creativity and imagination. I like her take on Simone in particular because Simone is shown to have anatomy (for once, LAWL), and the pose she happened to draw her in is characteristic of her. The only minor quip I have with it, as you read, was the lack of Simone's one-eye factor - but even then, I don't care much.
